Online Payment (Student Portal)
After enrollment, access your student portal to pay securely online using:

How it works: Once you complete enrollment, you'll receive access to your student portal. Navigate to the payment section to pay your course fees securely using any of the methods above.
EcoCash
Pay via EcoCash to our merchant number. Then send your proof of payment (POP) to us.

After you pay (bank or EcoCash)
Send your proof of payment (POP) to team@britelink.io or WhatsApp wa.me/263712136444. Include your name, program, amount, and date. We will confirm within 24–48 hours.
Reference: Use Tuition, Registration fee, or Exam fee (as applicable) when making the deposit.
Refund Policy
Refunds Available If:
- Student pays fees but fails to attend or start the course
- Student withdraws before the course commencement date
- Course is cancelled by the institution
- Student is unable to access course materials due to technical issues on our end
No Refunds If:
- Student has accessed course materials and started learning
- Student has completed more than 25% of the course content
- Student withdraws after the course has commenced
- Refund request is made more than 14 days after payment
Refund Process:
Refund requests must be submitted in writing to team@britelink.io with your enrollment details. Approved refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days to the original payment method. Bank deposit refunds may take additional time for processing.
