Refund policy
Refunds available if
- You paid but did not start the course
- You withdraw before commencement
- The course is cancelled by us
- You cannot access materials due to our technical fault
No refunds if
- You have started learning or accessed materials
- More than 25% of content is completed
- Withdrawal after commencement
- Request is more than 14 days after payment
